One of the most beautiful properties in northern Tanzania, Lake Duluti Lodge is nestled in a dense forest overlooking Lake Duluti only about 20 minutes outside of Tanzania's largest northern town, Arusha. But once in the compound, you'll think that you're in a remote part of the Norwegian fjords forests! Each room is its own grand cottage with a giant modern bathroom, dressing room, ante way and bedroom furnished most elegantly. The cottages are air-conditioned and heated, as required, in the fickle climate of northern Tanzania. Wifi, lots of cable channels and widescreen TV are included.

The lodge is justly proud of its cuisine, designed completely around all the wonderful natural vegetables and farm products available in the area. Dinner is served family style, as the lodge is quite small, and includes the finest South African wines.
