KIA Lodge is the only hotel serving Kilimanjaro Airport, the main gateway into northern Tanzania. Centrally placed between the northern towns of Moshi and Arusha, the lodge is heavily used by persons arriving Kilimanjaro Airport late, and just before they depart for home.

     The lodge has 40 ensuite air conditioned rooms. Designed to compliment the setting, each cottage is built in traditional Maasai style using thatch and Tanzanian arts and crafts giving it a distinctly African feeling.  The swimming pool is spectacularly located on top of a hill affording a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of mount Kilimanjaro, mount Meru, the Maasai steppe and onwards the blue mountains.

The lodge provides free shuttle service on demand to the airport's terminals.
