Following in the classic safari tradition of sleeping under canvas, this exclusive luxury tented safari spends 9 days camping in 2 locations in the Okavango Delta area. Day 1: KHWAI RIVER
Upon arrival at Maun Airport you will be transferred by a private land cruiser along the Khwai River which forms the northern boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve. This is a pure wilderness area of great beauty with rich green vegetation that teems with birdlife and a vast population of wild animals. Your full service Classic Camp will be ready upon arrival.  [ - -d]
Day 2: KHWAI RIVER
Set off from camp in your Landrover to explore the Khwai River region. Your licensed professional driver/guide will know the best places to find animals in their native habitats. Meals and overnight at Classic Camp.   [b-l-d]
Day 3: KHWAI RIVER
Another day to enjoy the splendors of the Khwai River. Meals and overnight at Classic Camp.   [b-l-d]
Day 4: OKAVANGO DELTA
A morning game drive will bring you to the edge of the navigable portion of the Okavango Delta. The Okavango Delta is one of the world's largest inland water systems. Seasonally its floodwaters flow slowly from the Angola Highlands into the Kalahari plains attracting an immense variety of wildlife. Journey upriver by boat to bivouac out on an island overnight. Dinner and overnight at Classic Camp.   [b-l-d]
Day 5: MOREMI
Enjoy another full day in the Moremi Game Reserve with its great variety of habitats. Plenty of opportunities to catch glimpses of the abundant wildlife that range here. Elephants are numerous, particularly during the dry season, as well as buffalo, giraffe, lion, leopard, and cheetah, wild dog, hyena, jackal and a wide variety of antelope. Return to the luxury of your base camp which has been moved to a new location by the camp crew. Dinner and overnight at Classic Camp.   [b-l-d]
Day 6: MOREMI
Travel into the Moremi Game Reserve, often considered the best game viewing area in Botswana. Meals and overnight at Classic Camp or camp "under the stars" this evening.   [b-l-d]
Day 7: MOREMI
Enjoy a final day in the Moremi Game Reserve. Meals and overnight at Classic Camp.   [b-l-d]
Day 8: DEPART
After breakfast, a morning drive brings you back to Maun in time to connect with your flights home.   [b- -]
